How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, you can create the same online by login to your
account and placing a cancel request through my order section, or simply
send us a cancel request mail with complete order details
on support@turtleonline.in.
How long does it take to refund?
All Return will be processed after we receive the product at our
Warehouse in intact condition this may take 15 working days.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time 7 days or more depending on Pin code
location.
Can I return product at a nearby store?
This option is not currently available.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
Please note all our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts. Please
accept the courier person's call as he will call for location guidance.
How to use points or vouchers to make payments?
To use points or vouchers to make payments please add your mobile number or voucher code before check out to redeem the same.
What happens to my loyalty points after my order is cancelled?
Loyalty points used in any order will automatically be credited back to the
registered phone no in 24 to 48 hours after order is cancelled.
Can I make partial returns?
Yes, partial return is possible. Go to the order section under your profile. Then go to the order number and select the product to be returned.
Can I modify address and phone number after placing the order?
You can modify any address and phone number before the order is dispatched, i.e. within 24 hours of placing the order.

account and placing an Exchange/Return through my order section, please
follow the steps and submit your request.

To process an Exchange, you can create the same online by logging in
to your account and placing an Exchange request through my order section.
Please follow the steps and submit your request or please mail us the details of
the item you want to exchange. We will create the exchange- please check size in
stock before sending us the details.
