How to be a part of Turtle Loyalty Program

  • Shop from Turtle’s exclusive store (store locator) or online with us through your mobile number.

  • Your mobile number shall be your unique identification pass to all exclusive offers and benefits.

  • You shall get 50 bonus points at the time of enrolling.

  • You will get a GV of 10% off on your first purchase after scanning and enrolling in the loyalty program.

  • There are 3 levels of membership. On upgrading to every level you enjoy an increased set of privileges and benefits.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The tier shall be upgraded on the basis of cumulative billing during the year (April- March) in exclusive stores of Turtle only.

2. The points shall lapse within a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

3. Shopping during sale or promotions will be considered for upgradation.

4. Once a member in any tier shall always remain the member in the same tier i.e there shall be no downgrading from the tier but the points shall expire within 12 months from the date of issuance.

As part of the loyalty Triggers customers will get the following communications on different touch points of loyalty program:

3. Points burn

4. Points burn revert

5. Points expiry

6. Rewards unlock / Expiry

Birthday & Anniversary coupon: Customer will get this coupon 30 days before the date and this is valid till the birthday or anniversary.

Referral Program

Referrer -​

- Refer upto 3 friends​

- 50 reward points for each referee details​

- 150 reward points for every referred customer shopping with us

​Referee –​

Rs. 500/- Unconditional Gift Voucher valid for 30 Days​

Terms & Conditions:

- New customer i.e. Referee has to share their mobile number at the time of the first purchase whether at the store or online.

​- New customer should use the same number at the time of billing that was submitted ​by the person referring them.

​- Referrer is only eligible for referral reward for bringing a new customer who has never shopped with Turtle before.​

- Loyalty Points to Referrer will be added for a maximum of 3 Referrals = 150 Loyalty Points Per Referrer​
