Order & Payment

To cancel an order, you can create the same online by login to your account and placing a cancel request through my order section, or simply send us a cancel request mail with complete order details on support@turtleonline.in.

You can modify any address and phone number before the order is dispatched, i.e. within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All Return will be processed after we receive the product at our
Warehouse in intact condition this may take 15 working days.

This option is not currently available.

Yes, partial return is possible. Go to the order section under your profile. Then go to the order number and select the product to be returned.

Please follow the steps and submit your request or please mail us the details of the item you want to exchange. We will create the exchange- please check size in stock before sending us the details.

Loyalty Points

To use points or vouchers to make payments please add your mobile number or voucher code before check out to redeem the same.

Loyalty points used in any order will automatically be credited back to the registered phone number in 24 to 48 hours after order is cancelled.

Delivery

The estimated delivery time 7 days or more depending on Pin code location.

Please note all our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts. Please accept the courier person's call as he will call for location guidance.
