Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day Exchange/Return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to raise a request for an Exchange/Return.

To be eligible for an Exchange/Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To process an Exchange/Return, you can create the same online by login to your account and placing an Exchange/Return through my order section, please follow the steps and submit your request.

You can also send us a mail at support@turtleonline.in mentioning your order no, attaching your invoice, and intact image of the item mentioning the reason for an Exchange/Return.

Return/Exchange will be processed post receiving your request within next 3-4 working days,

Once your product Exchange/Return is approved, we create a reverse pickup through our logistic partner.

All refund and Exchange will be processed after we receive the product at our Warehouse in intact condition this may take 15 working days.

Damages and issues:
Please do not accept any order in case you have changed your mind or cancelled the order after the dispatch of the item, as the same will be RTO to our Warehouse.
Please do not accept any tampered or open packing parcel.
Please check your order before receiving the same, our packing comes only with our Turtle branded tape used to seal the parcel.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
certain types of items cannot be returned, like boxers and shorts.

No Returns is applicable is given on Discounted or Sale items or gift cards we only make exchange for the same. Returns and exchange not applicable for any reason for Innerwear, Boxers and Vests.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to the bank account that will be shared by you while creating the return on the site. Please remember it will take 15 working day for your refund to be processed after delivery of the item at our warehouse.
